Visitation and Rights

Child support is separate from visitation, but they both factor in the well-being of the child. Most non-custodial parents have visitation rights, unless it’s not beneficial for the child.

Ideally, the child’s parents should make a schedule of visitation and guidelines for both to follow in order to prevent problems or misunderstandings.
